In 2020, while industrial chili sauces flooded supermarket shelves, Spico was born from a simple question: Why are traditional Vietnamese spices gradually fading away?
We spent years researching and restoring the traditional way of fermenting chili sauce: naturally aging in clay jars, selecting each local raw material region, not chasing mass output. Each batch is aged for 3 to 6 months. No shortcuts. No added chemicals.
