Năm 2020, giữa lúc những chai tương ớt công nghiệp tràn ngập kệ siêu thị, Spico được sinh ra từ một câu hỏi đơn giản: Tại sao gia vị truyền thống của người Việt lại đang dần mất đi?
Chúng tôi dành nhiều năm nghiên cứu, phục dựng cách ủ tương ớt cổ truyền: ủ men tự nhiên trong chum đất, chọn từng vùng nguyên liệu, không chạy theo sản lượng. Mỗi mẻ ủ đủ 3 đến 6 tháng. Không rút ngắn thời gian. Không thêm hóa chất.
Khác với tương ớt công nghiệp, Spico là gia vị mang câu chuyện từ cách làm của ông bà ta đến bữa ăn thật ngon và lành ngày hôm nay trên mâm cơm nhà bạn.
